!! North of 49 Shifter Recap !!

The shifter weekend was amazing! I was posting consistent times and finishes. My top finish was 6th, which was awesome given that I'm driving a Honda shifter! To finish 10/13 was spectacular.

The Honda is proving to be a good motor and I look forward to seeing what can be done with it. I suffered one DNF in heat 6 when my shift linkage broke after the start. I went to pull for second and all I got was a floppy shifter that didn't do anything. Usually it does something but it didn't this time.

Thank you to @overdrivekarts for getting the sheared bolt that used to be one piece, out of the threads. You guys are life savers.

Other than that hiccup the weekend went very smoothly. I had a great time blasting back and forth between Rotax and Shifter and I look forward to doing it again.

As we head into a short break before the next club race, I will be spending time at the track to continue getting closer to the front.
